Cleaning up the streets is a crime

This week’s Simple Simon is Sammy Allen. According to police Allen stole a street sweeper and led them on an hour long, low speed police chase. Police say Allen drove through several yards and a garage before crashing the street sweeper into the river. The chase ended when Sammy tried to flee on foot but was taken down by a police dog.
