Coffee Drinkers Move More, But Loose Sleep
With most of us wearing a smart watch of some sort, we all strive to get our steps in each day. One study shows that by drinking coffee, you will add about 1,000 more steps to your day. However the study did find that those who drink coffee also lost about 36 minutes of sleep a night. The study also found that coffee may help extend your life, but the lack of sleep and the stimulating nature of caffeine could give you heart palpitations (extra heart beat or irregular heart beat). Study concluded that people should tailor their caffeine consumption based on their individual health needs.
