The Celebrity Beat…

Here’s some irony… Courtney Love has a new BBC Radio series called “Courtney Love’s Women“. And in an interview to promote it, she took some time to bash Taylor Swift.

Courtney said, quote, “Taylor is not important. She might be a safe space for girls, and she’s probably the Madonna of now, but she’s not interesting as an artist.”

And if provoking the Swifties wasn’t enough, she went for the Beyhive too.

Quote, “I like the idea of Beyoncé doing a country record because it’s about Black women going into spaces where previously only white women have been allowed… I just don’t like her music.”

Oh, and Courtney says she hasn’t liked Lana Del Rey since she released a cover of John Denver‘s “Take Me Home Country Roads” last December. She thinks Lana should take seven years off.
