Having a big breakfast may be the trick to alleviating jet jag. Researchers at Northwestern University says that the fastest way to get your internal clock adjusted to your new time zone is to eat your meals at your regular times. Meaning if you land some where and it is morning eat a big healthy breakfast. Your internal organs have a clock and they are based off of your meal times. So if you want your body to think it is morning then eat some pancakes or toast or whatever you eat for breakfast.
