Selena Gomez released her video for “In the Dark” the other day and was immediately accused of having plastic surgery.

After a fan account posted pictures from the video and said Gomez looks “stunning“, others suggested she had a botched facelift, or some other procedure.

But her defenders pointed out that Selena’s appearance does often change, due to medical issues.

As one person pointed out, quote, “Why is it so normalized to talk about someone’s body? She literally underwent a kidney transplant and will live with lupus her whole life.”
