The Celebrity Beat…
Drake is suing his own label, Universal Music Group, because Kendrick Lamar is also on the label.
And Drake is blaming Universal for promoting Kendrick’s “Not Like Us”, which calls him a PEDOPHILE.
Frankly, it wasn’t a great move to begin with, because it makes Drake look like a sore loser. And now, even his own label is calling him that.
Universal is seeking to have the lawsuit dismissed, and in their court filing, they say he’s only suing them because he, quote, “lost a rap battle that he provoked [and] sued his own record label in a misguided attempt to salve his wounds.”
Okay, Number One: Ouch. And Number Two: Drop the lawsuit, Drake. Either fight this battle on the mic, or admit defeat and move on. Anything you do that’s not one of those two things just makes you look WEAK.
