Eating This Makes You Uglier

If you ever needed a reason to cut back on carbs, this most recent study out of France may make you toss out the doughnuts and pancakes. The study discovered refined carbohydrates (doughnuts, pancakes, muffins, white bread, sugary cereals) make us look uglier within two hours of eating them. The researchers had volunteers rate how attractive people’s faces were before and after they had breakfast.  Some participants ate healthy foods while others ate items that were heavy on the carbs. The results: people who ate carbs were seen as noticeably less attractive two hours later.  The reason behind it is unclear, but it was true for both men and women.  Guess it is time to have steak n eggs every morning.
