The weekend is here again and you may have a date coming up with your latest match on Bumble. We all have our red flags to look for when it comes to a first date, but what about the green ones. Our friends at the Match Lab listed out the signs that your first date is going well and that you are more than likely to get a second date.

1. Engaging Conversation-An engaging conversation can mean that you and your date have some chemistry and connection.

2. Asking Questions-If your date asks you a wide range of questions about multiple facets of your life, it is a good indication that they’re likely into you and are feeling out a possible future with you.

3. No Awkward Silences-When you can talk with ease with someone, it displays natural chemistry between the two of you, which is vitally important for deepening your relationship if you continue to see each other.

4. Eye Contact-If your date is looking you directly in the eye with ease and comfort, it is a good sign they are into you.

5. Facial Expressions-If your date is smiling, has a relaxed expression, and leans in a lot, it could mean they’re enjoying themselves and feel comfortable with you.

6. Physical Touch-Subtle touch can be a great indicator of attraction. If your date leans in to touch your arm or back during conversation, brushes their hand against yours, or gives you a gentle nudge, these are good signs that they feel connected and want to be close to you.

7. Laughing and Having Fun-Having fun together on a first date can set the stage for feeling excited about a possible second date.
