Hailey Bieber Thinks Billboard Is a Joke for Justin’s Ranking on Their Greatest Pop Stars List

Billboard has slowly been revealing their ranking of the Greatest Pop Stars of the 21st Century. They put Justin Bieber at #8… and his wife Hailey got pretty triggered.
She said, quote, “Billboard is [an effing] joke as per usual!” followed by a kiss emoji.
Billboard ranked the Top 25, but they have yet to reveal who’s #1 or #2.
Here’s the rest of the Top 10:
3. Rihanna
4. Drake
5. Lady Gaga
6. Britney Spears
7. Kanye West
8. Justin Bieber
9. Ariana Grande
10. Adele
Noticeably missing from the list are Beyoncé and Taylor Swift. It seems obvious that they’ll take the top two spots… it’s just a question of the order.
