Holiday Workout
The holidays are here, and between traveling, shopping or spending time with your loved ones, it may be hard to get a good workout in. Listed below is the Christmas Cookie Circuit from Marathon Handbook. This is a great circuit training workout that does not require weights.
Christmas Cookie Circuit
Repeat 3-4 times:
- 30 seconds of High Knees
- 30 seconds of Pulse Squats
- 30 seconds of Jumping Jacks
- 30 seconds of Push Ups
- 30 seconds of Diagonal Mountain Climbers
- 30 seconds of Alternating Reverse Lunges
- 30 seconds of Butt Kicks
- 30 seconds of Glute Bridges
- 30 seconds of Half Burpees
- 30 seconds of V-Ups
- 1-2 minutes of complete rest between rounds
