Is Diddy Getting Out Early?

In today’s edition of I know you lying, disgraced music executive, Diddy, is appealing his 50 month sentence. The grounds of his appeal…….the infamous “freak offs” are constitutionally protected amateur adult films.

His legal team is saying that Diddy wasn’t committing sex crimes . . . he was making AMATEUR PORNOGRAPHY. And porn is protected by the First Amendment, and thus “cannot constitutionally be prosecuted.”

Quote, “Freak-offs and hotel nights were highly choreographed sexual performances involving the use of costumes, role play, and staged lighting, which were filmed so Combs and his girlfriends could watch this amateur pornography later.” The court has not issued a timeframe on when a decision will be made.
