This October, Krystal marks a significant milestone—its 93rd anniversary—celebrating decades of serving its iconic, crave-worthy bites.
To honor this special occasion, the beloved fast-food chain is launching a series of exciting events and new features, including the nationwide debut of its revamped loyalty program, festive new menu items, and a high-energy eating contest.
Krystal’s new digital loyalty initiative, Club Krystal, aims to enhance the guest experience across the country. The program allows fans to earn points with every qualifying purchase of food or beverages, track rewards via the Krystal App, and redeem discounts starting at just 500 points. Members will also unlock exclusive deals such as birthday treats, early access to promotions, and referral rewards.
Sign-up is easy—guests can register through the app or online at Krystal.com/rewards. New members receive a welcome gift of $3 off their next $12 order, making it even easier to enjoy their favorites while earning rewards.
In celebration of its rich legacy, Krystal is offering special birthday-themed menu items throughout October. Fans can indulge in the Birthday Cake Shake, a fun and colorful milkshake topped with rainbow sprinkles, available in small and medium sizes. Additionally, the chain is introducing Birthday Cake Glaze Bombs—glazed donut bites decorated with rainbow sprinkles—offered in 4- and 10-piece packs at the same price as the traditional version.
To cap off the festivities, Krystal is hosting an exciting eating contest on its birthday, Friday, October 24th, from 10am to 12pm at its Hixson, Tennessee location (4868 Hixson Pike, Chattanooga, TN 37343). Gino D will be the emcee of the event and will be hosting the competition!
Participants can register online for the Krystal Slider Showdown, where they will compete for the grand prize of FREE Krystal for a year and a Slider Gold Medal. All contestants will receive a commemorative T-shirt and gift bag, and the event features a prize wheel with giveaways for attendees.
October also marks the return of fall favorites, including the savory Sausage Gravy Biscuit, the crispy Sausage Gravy Tater Scrambler, and the hearty Hearty Beef-and-Bean Chili.
