In The Know with Gino…

Pet owners in Soddy Daisy and the surrounding area looking to give their furry friends some much-needed care without breaking the bank should mark their calendars for this Saturday, September 27th. A low-cost pet clinic offering vaccinations, microchips, nail trims, and ear cleanings will be held from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Soddy Elementary School, located at 260 School St.

The event operates on a first-come, first-served basis, so pet owners are encouraged to arrive early to secure their spot. All dogs must be on a leash, and cats should be in carriers to ensure safety and smooth processing.

Services and prices are available at heschatt.org, making it easy for owners to plan ahead. If residents can’t make it on Saturday, there’s good news — another clinic will be held on Wednesday, October 1st, at the Humane Educational Society (HES) shelter.

HES’s monthly clinics are designed to make essential pet health care accessible to everyone. The October 1st session will also run from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the shelter, providing additional opportunities for pet owners to get their animals vaccinated and checked out.

For more details about the services offered and to stay informed about future events, visit heschatt.org. Don’t miss this chance to keep your pets healthy and happy with affordable care!
