Music fans in Chattanooga have a reason to celebrate as the beloved local band Marlow Drive makes its highly anticipated return to the stage after a seven-year hiatus. The band, known for their powerful blend of southern rock, blues, and soul-driven songwriting, is set to headline a special concert this Saturday evening (8/16) at 7:00 PM, with doors opening at 6:00 PM at Songbirds Foundation

Marlow Drive has built a loyal following through their high-energy performances, rich guitar harmonies, and heartfelt lyrics. Their reunion show marks a significant milestone for both the band and their fans, offering a rare opportunity to experience their signature sound live once again.

The evening promises an electrifying lineup, including performances by The Skip Cisto Band, which features emotionally driven rock and modern southern influences, and Little Mule, led by Chip Ables, showcasing Americana and country-soul storytelling. Fans can also look forward to hearing selections from Marlow Drive’s original album, Lights Are Turning Red.

Adding to the excitement, the event carries a charitable component. If the band sells 100 tickets, Judah Guitars will donate an acoustic guitar to the Songbirds Guitars for Kids program, supporting music education for children in need.

Chip Ables joined Gino D today on The Afternoon Show to tell us all about what we can expect…

Tickets are still available at SONGBIRDSFOUNDATION.ORG, and music lovers are encouraged to attend for an unforgettable night of Southern rock, blues, and soulful storytelling—all while supporting a wonderful cause!
