A Florida Man Answers The Age Old Question: Can You Get A DUI In A Scooter

A man in Florida was arrested for…..driving  a scooter drunk in a Wal-Mart. 39-year-old Aaron Gregory was arrested on Sunday, for “drunk-driving a Walmart scooter down the aisles, running into shelves and displays, and almost striking other customers with the scooter. And if you are wondering, yes you can get a DUI if you are driving a motorized vehicle even if you are going 5 miles an hour. This week’s Simple Simon is facing dui charges as well as disorderly intoxication and possession of an open container of alcohol.
