Workers recently completed the demolition of the 35-year-old building that previously occupied the location, clearing the way for the new coffee shop. The upcoming establishment is expected to be approximately 500 square feet, making it a compact and convenient option for busy commuters.

Construction officials confirmed that the new 7 Brew will operate exclusively as a drive-through, offering quick and easy service for customers on the go. While an official opening date has not yet been announced, the project is progressing steadily.
