Does this count as getting your kids to “eat their greens?”

The latest TikTok food trend is #GrinchSpaghetti, which is just like regular spaghetti… only GREEN.  And there are a few ways to do that.

Most of the viral videos just use food coloring to dye the water you boil the spaghetti in. That makes the noodles themselves bright green.  Which is fun and appetizing… for kids.

There are healthier ways to do it…with pesto sauce or pureeing broccoli or other veggies.  But that’s more work, and most kids don’t want that.

Some of the videos online include REACTIONS from family members… especially if the #GrinchSpaghetti is done as a surprise.  Most kids seem to think it’s fun, and are sold on it… except all the picky ones, of course.

There aren’t many where the adults seem excited about it.  In fact, it looks like some people are making DIFFERENT plates for the adults to eat.
