Study Finds Drinking Coffee Linked To Healthy Aging, While Soda Raises Risk
Harvard University conducted a study and it revealed that consuming at least one cup of caffeinated coffee daily can lead to healthier aging in women. Researchers collected data from 47,000 women over 30 years, finding that each additional cup of coffee per day improved the chances of maintaining physical and cognitive health by five percent.
The study also found that daily consumption of soda was associated with a 19 percent lower chance of aging healthily. The study highlighted the benefits of moderate coffee intake in disease prevention, mobility, and mental sharpness, emphasizing the importance of combining coffee consumption with other healthy habits like regular exercise and a balanced diet.
