Food News!

After the success of the footlong cookies, Subway continues to add to their FOOTLONG ARSENAL.

They just debuted a new snack called Dippers, which are basically savory ROLLUPS.  It’s a flatbread, rolled-up with meats and cheese.

Starting today, Dippers are available in three types:  Pepperoni and cheese, chicken and cheese, or double cheese.  They’re served hot, with a dipping sauce, for $3 each.

They’re being added to Subway’s new Sidekicks menu, which also includes the giant cookies, churros, and soft pretzels.

Subway isn’t the only fast-food joint adding DIPPABLE FOODS.  Taco Bell is testing “Cheesy Dipping Burritos” at participating locations in the Detroit area.

They’re basically snack-sized versions of the “Grilled Cheese Burrito.”  The dipping sauce options are Creamy Chipotle, reduced-fat sour cream, or warm nacho cheese sauce.
