In The Know with Gino…
The Chattanooga Lookouts have revealed an exciting event for baseball fans: the reigning National Champion Tennessee Volunteers baseball team will hold a Fall World Series exhibition game at AT&T Field on November 6th at 6:00 p.m. This special game comes as the team navigates ongoing construction at their home venue, Lindsey Nelson Stadium.
The exhibition will showcase two teams made up of players from the 2025 Tennessee baseball roster. Fans can grab general admission tickets for $12, which are available for purchase online. The game is set to be a nine-inning showdown, with gates opening at 5:00 p.m. Attendees can enjoy a range of concessions, including beer.
Last season, the Volunteers made history by clinching their first-ever national title, capping off an impressive campaign that saw them achieve a 60-13 record and make their seventh trip to the Men’s College World Series. The Vols became the first team from the Southeastern Conference to reach the 60-win mark, solidifying their place among the elite teams in college baseball history. In addition to their national championship, they captured both the SEC regular-season title and the SEC Tournament championship in a remarkable display of dominance.
Looking ahead, the 2025 Vols are expected to be a formidable team, returning key players while also integrating a talented class of newcomers this fall.
The Chattanooga Lookouts, a long-standing member of the Southern League and affiliates of the Cincinnati Reds, invite fans to take part in this unique opportunity to see the Vols play in downtown Chattanooga.
