Things To Look Forward To In March

Hard to believe that we are into the third month of 2024. As we enter into March we have a few things to look forward to like Daylight Saving Time which starts next Sunday, March 10th. Speaking of March 10th The Oscars are also happening that day. For the bracketologist, March Madness starts on the 19th. And Lastly Jack Black makes his return in Kung Fu Panda which hits Theaters March 8th.  Listed below are a few other things to look forward to this month.

1.MLB’s Opening Day is March 28th this year.  All 30 teams will be playing that day.

2.  In movies:  “Dune 2” opens in theaters this month, “Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire” comes out March 29th . . . and the “Road House” remake with Jake Gyllenhaal hits Amazon March 21st.

3.  On TV:  Season 11 of “The Masked Singer” hits Fox on March 6th . . . the game show “Password” returns to NBC on March 12th . . . and Season 20 of “Grey’s Anatomy” will premiere on March 14th. As far as brand new shows go, the drama miniseries “Apples Never Fall” hits Peacock on March 14th and the World War Two drama “We Were the Lucky Ones” debuts on Hulu March 28th.

4.  St. Patrick’s Day is the 17th.  It’s on a Sunday this year, so don’t be surprised if some of your coworkers call out that Monday.  Purim starts March 23rd.  And Easter is March 31st.
