Toddler Diagnosed with Extremely Rare “Uncombable Hair” Syndrome

A Georgia toddler has been diagnosed with a very rare genetic condition referred to as “uncombable hair“.  The toddler’s mother Katelyn Samples says that 16-month-old Lock‘s odd condition leaves his hair springy and literally unable to tame.
