Instacart has revealed its results for its Great Halloween Candy Debate and America’s most sold candy, by weight, is Peanut M&Ms.
As for the Top 10 candies sold in the US, they are:
#2 Regular M&Ms
#3 Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups
#4 Hershey’s Milk Chocolate
#5 Twizzlers
#6 Snickers
#7 Kit Kat
#8 Candy Corn
#9 Sour Patch Kids
#10 Haribo Gold Bears
Even though Candy Corn placed eighth on the list, Instagram found that one in four Americans say it’s the worst Halloween candy ever.
Plus, 3 in 4 Americans celebrate Halloween and more than half say candy is more important to them than the costumes.
