There’s been a lot of talk recently about how HIGH HEELS are OUT. Mostly because women these days prefer fashion that isn’t PAINFUL.
There was also a viral post about how high heels, quote, “scream try-hard-old-person.” But if COMFORT is the issue, there’s a new shoe on the scene.
Sara Blakely, the founder of Spanx, has revealed a new shoe called Sneex, which are HIGH-HEELED SNEAKERS. She’s been working on the concept for nine years, and they will finally debut TOMORROW.
The website Sneex.com is up, and there are high-heeled sneakers made of leather, mesh, and suede.
Unfortunately, the retail prices range from $395 to $595 per pair, which means they’re outside the range of “impulse purchase” and are a LUXURY one.
Sara was asked WHY she made “Sneex” her next product and she said, “Have you ever worn high heels!?”
