Chattanooga, Tennessee—(Wise Brother)

Some people, when asked for their age, might fib a little, and knock off a year . . . or five.  But that’s harder to do with something more obvious.

In a new poll, people were asked if they’ve ever lied about their HEIGHT.

79% of people haven’t.  (Because, well, what’s the point?  Unless it’s not-in-person . . . like on a dating app where you’re overly self-conscious.)

11% of people will exaggerate it by at least an inch.  6% say they usually claim they’re an inch taller than they are . . . another 3% add two inches . . . and another 2% try to pull off THREE.

4% of people say they’re SHORTER than they are.

You might guess that those people are women . . . taller women . . . but the demographic that’s more likely to say that is younger MEN.  (They could be VERY tall men, trying to make their height seem like less of a big deal.)
