The American Heart Association’s CPR Playlist Include New Tracks from Taylor Swift and Beyoncé

In case you didn’t know, the American Heart Association has a Spotify playlist of songs that are perfect to perform hands-only CPR to.

These are songs that have 100 to 120 beats per minute, which is the speed chest compressions should be performed.  So humming or singing certain songs can you help stay on beat.

Taylor Swift’s “You’re Losing Me” and Beyoncé’s “Virgo’s Groove” have recently been added to the list.  Here’s a list of other American Heart Association-approved songs:

3.  “Dancing Queen”,  ABBA

5.  “Dance the Night”,  Dua Lipa
