The only problem with shopping at warehouse stores is… YOUR HOME isn’t a warehouse. But it could be.
More and more people are building “Costco Doors” in their homes, which are holes cut in your garage, so you can unload your haul, directly from your trunk into your home. Ideally, the back of your pantry or a storage area.
The doors are usually around two-foot by two-foot… and the storage areas on the other side can vary, but they’re sometimes big enough to walk into.
This isn’t a door you can buy at Costco… and it’s definitely not something you can install in a couple hours on a Saturday. You add it in a renovation… a new build… or with some SERIOUS D-I-Y skills.
But home builders are saying it’s a HOT request, with up to HALF of customers asking for Costco Doors.
