Anne Heche is under investigation for felony DUI in connection with Friday's (August 5th) California car crash.

The LAPD told TMZ Wednesday (Aug. 10th) that the investigation has been upped to a felony because the woman inside the home Heche hit with her Mini Cooper claims she was injured.

Officers believe the actress was driving under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol because shew as driving recklessly and appeared to have a bottle of alcohol in a cup holder.

The former Men In Trees star has been in a coma since the crash.

Michael K. Williams reveals the origin of his famous scar in the upcoming posthumous memoir, Scenes From My Life.

According to People, The Wire star was enjoying a successful modeling and dancing career in 1991 when he was sliced across the face right before his 25th birthday.

Williams was leaving a club when he encountered a man that had been harassing an acquaintance earlier in the evening.

He writes, "In a flash, he smacked me across the face. I put my hand to my forehead. Then I saw the dark liquid on my fingers. The guy hadn't been slapping me. He had been cutting me open."

As he healed, he said he "never felt more ugly," but added "the scar gave me an ‘edge'. It made me look like the tough guy I wasn't."

STEVE MARTIN MAY BE NEARING RETIREMENT: Only Murders In The Building may be Steve Martin's last acting job. The 76-year-old told The Hollywood Reporter Tuesday (Aug. 9th), "When this television show is done, I'm not going to seek others. I'm not going to seek other movies. I don't want to do cameos. JON HAMM JOINS 'THE MORNING SHOW': Jon Hamm is joining The Morning Show. Apple TV+ announced Wednesday (Aug. 10th) that the Mad Men star will play Paul Marks, "a corporate titan" in the drama's forthcoming third season, which will begin filming later this month.

ALEC BALDWIN JOINS SPY THRILLER: Alec Baldwin has booked his next movie gig. Deadline announced Wednesday (August 10th) that the actor joins Olga Kurylenko for the spy action thriller Chief of Station. In the film, Baldwin plays a former CIA Station Chief who is forced back into the espionage world after learning that the death of his wife was not an accident.

On Tuesday (August 9th), The Hollywood Reporter published an exposé on the accusations against Fred Savage from the set of The Wonder Years reboot. A group of unnamed women came forward to detail the inappropriate conduct allegations against him, which include verbal harassment, alleged assault, and "manipulative and erratic" behavior.

Several crewmembers recalled a "strangeness" surrounding Savage's relationship with a much younger woman who worked on the crew. This woman declined to be interviewed by The Hollywood Reporter, but the others say she moved into Savage's Atlanta home during filming. They also say he bought her gifts, discussed the future with her, and was "extremely controlling of her daily behaviors."

Another woman in her early 30s said Savage approached her with "just like, dead eyes" at a bar where the crew was partying one night and pushed her against a bathroom wall, despite her objections. "He put his mouth on mine very forcefully. He went for the top of my pants. I brushed him away. Then he put his mouth on mine again, grabbed my hand and pulled it on his groin area. I was pulling back. He stopped very angrily. I shoulder checked him so I could get out," she said.

"I was honestly scared of him for the first time," she added, sharing that he later apologized to her for being "a huge a**h***."

Savage responded to these allegations in a statement that read: "Since I was 6 years old, I have worked on hundreds of sets with thousands of people, and have always strived to contribute to an inclusive, safe and supportive work environment. It is devastating to learn that there are co-workers who feel I have fallen short of these goals."

He continued, "While there are some incidents being reported that absolutely did not and could not have happened, any one person who feels hurt or offended by my actions is one person too many. I will work to address and change any behavior that has negatively affected anyone, as nothing in this world is more important to me than being a supportive co-worker, friend, husband, father and person."

Richard Glass, the owner of Glass Hair Design in Venice, California, told The Los Angeles Times Monday (August 8th) that Anne Heche visited his salon shortly before she crashed her car into a Mar Vista home. Glass said that she wasn't "speaking in cursive" during her visit—meaning she didn't seem intoxicated at the time.

The salon owner described Heche as "very pleasant," and shared that she expressed interest in a blue wig. When he let her know that particular wig wasn't available, she said she'd take a red one instead.

Glass didn't register who Heche was until he went to ring her up. After recognizing her, the pair took a number of selfies together. Glass posted one to Instagram on Friday (August 5th), the day the accident took place.

"So I met @anneheche today and she purchased a #redwig so random.. I love #venicebeach #actress #director #mom #celebrity #lifestyle," he wrote.

In a recent interview with The Times of London Sunday Magazine, Game of Thrones actor Sean Bean criticized intimacy coordinators on set, saying they "spoil the spontaneity" of filming intimate scenes. In the interview, Bean also referenced a scene he filmed in Snowpiercer with Lena Hall. When the interviewer suggested that intimacy coordinators were a response to the #MeToo movement, Bean responded, "I suppose it depends on the actress. This one Hall had a musical cabaret background, so she was up for anything."

Hall addressed the comments with a lengthy Twitter thread. "Just because I am in theater (not cabaret, but I do perform them every once in a while) does not mean that I am up for anything." However, she also shared that she had a good experience with Bean. "Sean is an awesome actor and made me feel not only comfortable but also like I had a true acting partner in those bizarre scenes. It was us against the world and we were gonna tell that story," she wrote.

The Becks actress added, "I do feel that intimacy coordinators are a welcome addition to the set and think they could also help with the trauma experienced in other scenes. Sometimes you need em sometimes you don't but every single person and scene and experience is different."

On Monday (August 8th), That ‘70s Show actor Ashton Kutcher posted to Twitter after a sneak-peek clip was released of his appearance on National Geographic's Running Wild with Bear Grylls: The Challenge. In the video, Kutcher shares that he previously suffered from vasculitis, a rare autoimmune disorder, that left him unable to see, hear, and walk.

SECOND VIOLENT INCIDENT OCCURS NEAR THE SET OF ‘JUSTIFIED' SEQUEL: According to The Hollywood Reporter, an "incendiary device" was thrown towards the set of FX's Justified: City Primeval in Chicago's South Loop area Monday night (August 8th). The device didn't explode, and no one was hurt. This comes just three weeks after two vehicles containing people shooting at one another crashed through a barricade on the set of the show on the West Side.

Singer-songwriter and actress Olivia Newton-John passed away on Monday (August 8th), after a decades-long battle with breast cancer. Her husband, John Easterling, shared the news via her official Instagram page.

"Dame Olivia Newton-John passed away peacefully at her Ranch in Southern California this morning, surrounded by family and friends. We ask that everyone please respect the family's privacy during this very difficult time," he wrote.

Easterling continued, "Olivia has been a symbol of triumphs and hope for over 30 years sharing her journey with breast cancer. Her healing inspiration and pioneering experience with plant medicine continues with the Olivia Newton-John Foundation Fund, dedicated to researching plant medicine and cancer. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that any donations be made in her memory to the @onjfoundation."

In 1992, Newton-John first announced that she had been diagnosed with breast cancer, and in 2017, the Grease actress shared that it had spread to her sacrum. She often referred to herself as a "cancer thriver" and has been a longtime advocate for cancer awareness and research.

Newton-John began her career touring with Pat Farrar as one half of Pat & Olivia, before producing a few solo albums in the early 1970s. She received her first Grammy nomination for the title track on her 1973 album, Let Me Be There. Newton-John was nominated for 12 Grammys throughout the course of her career, and she is a four-time Grammy winner.

In 1978, she starred in Grease alongside John Travolta, and her other acting credits include Xanadu, Two of a Kind, Glee, A Few Best Men, and The Very Excellent Mr. Dundee.

Travolta shared his love for Newton-John on Instagram Monday (August 8th). "My dearest Olivia, you made all of our lives so much better. Your impact was incredible. I love you so much. We will see you down the road and we will all be together again. Yours from the first moment I saw you and forever! Your Danny, your John!" he wrote.

Many other stars took to social media to honor Newton-John as well—including Jane Lynch, Lea Salonga, Gabrielle Union, and George Takei.

After the news broke on Friday (August 5th) that Anne Heche had crashed her car into a Los Angeles home, a rep for the Volcano actress shared that she is in "critical condition."

"She has a significant pulmonary injury requiring mechanical ventilation and burns that require surgical intervention," her spokesperson said in a statement. "She is in a coma and has not regained consciousness since shortly after the accident."

Earlier on Monday (August 8th), Page Six confirmed reports that the Los Angeles Police Department had obtained a warrant to test her blood for drugs and alcohol.

A representative for the LAPD told the publication, "The info we received this morning was a warrant that was obtained the same day as the traffic collision, which was Aug. 5. The warrant was to draw blood, and an investigation is ongoing pending the blood test results. If found intoxicated, Heche could be charged with misdemeanor DUI hit and run. No arrests have been made so far."

In a sneak-peek clip of National Geographic's Running Wild with Bear Grylls: The Challenge, exclusively obtained by Access Hollywood, Ashton Kutcher revealed that he suffered from a rare autoimmune disorder a couple of years ago.

"Like two years ago, I had this weird, super rare form of vasculitis, that like knocked out my vision, it knocked out my hearing, it knocked out like all my equilibrium," he said. Vasculitis involves the inflammation of blood vessels, which restricts blood flow and can lead to organ and tissue damage.

The Two and a Half Men star told Bear that it took about a year for him to be able to see, hear, and walk again.

Kutcher reflected on the experience, saying, "You don't really appreciate it, until it's gone. Until you go, ‘I don't know if I'm ever going to be able to see again, I don't know if I'm ever going to be able to hear again, I don't know if I'm ever going to be able to walk again'."

He added that he's "lucky to be alive."

Jacob Elordi told GQ recently that he almost left the acting business after experiencing overnight fame due to his work on The Kissing Booth. When the movie premiered at midnight on Netflix, Elordi said he awoke to four million new Instagram followers.

EZRA MILLER IS CHARGED WITH FELONY BURGLARY IN VERMONT: The Flash star Ezra Miller is now embroiled in even more controversy. Deadline reports that Miller allegedly stole alcohol from a home in Vermont, and they are now being charged with felony burglary. The police report reads, "On 05/01/2022 at approximately 1755 hours, the Vermont State Police was notified of a burglary complaint at a residence on County Road in the town of Stamford, Vermont. The initial findings indicated that several bottles of alcohol were taken from within the residence while the homeowners were not present. As a result of an investigation that included surveillance videos and statements, probable cause was found to charge Ezra M. Miller with the offense of felony burglary into an unoccupied dwelling." This comes just days after Warner Bros. confirmed that The Flash was still on course for its 2023 theatrical release.

PETE DAVIDSON HAS BEEN IN ‘TRAUMA THERAPY' AS A RESULT OF KANYE ‘YE' WEST'S HARASSMENT: A source told People Monday (August 8th) that Pete Davidson has been in "trauma therapy" since April "in large part" due to the harassment he's experienced from Kanye "Ye" West. "The attention and negativity coming from Kanye and his antics is a trigger for Pete, and he's had to seek out help," the insider said. The source added that the Saturday Night Live star "has no regrets for dating Kim and wants it to be made very clear that she's been nothing but supportive of him throughout their relationship."

KEVIN SMITH SAYS SCRAPPING ‘LATINA BATGIRL MOVIE' LOOKS ‘INCREDIBLY BAD:' In his YouTube series Hollywood Babble-On, Clerks filmmaker Kevin Smith commented on Warner Bros. recent decision to shelve Batgirl. Fellows' Nissan 240z reportedly lost control near the finish line on Sunday morning (August 7th), before rolling over and catching fire. He was 41 years old. Discovery confirmed the news in a statement on Monday (August 8th). "The Street Outlaws family is heartbroken by the accident that led to the tragic death of Ryan Fellows. We extend our deepest sympathy to Ryan's loved ones as they process this sudden and devastating loss," the statement reads.

NEVE CAMPBELL OPENS UP ABOUT LEAVING THE ‘SCREAM' FRANCHISE: In an interview with People published on Monday (August 8th), Neve Campbell commented on her decision to leave the Scream franchise. "I did not feel that what I was being offered equated to the value that I bring to this franchise, and have brought to this franchise, for 25 years," she said. KALEY CUOCO TO STAR IN PEACOCK'S ‘BASED ON A TRUE STORY:' Deadline reports that The Flight Attendant actress Kaley Cuoco is set to lead Peacock's true-crime comedic thriller Based on a True Story. Inspired by true events, the series follows a realtor, a plumber, and a former tennis star as their lives coincide, exposing America's obsession with murder.

On Friday (August 5th), Return to Paradise actress Anne Heche was hospitalized after crashing her car into a Los Angeles home. According to People, she suffered burns as a result of the accident and is currently intubated, but she is in "stable condition."

Lynne Bernstein, a neighbor in the area, said Heche's car went "almost all the way through" the house, and "almost immediately" caught fire.

The Los Angeles Fire Department responded to a call at approximately 10:56 a.m. local time. 59 firefighters spent approximately 65 minutes putting out the fire and extracting Heche from her car.

According to Bernstein, the woman who lived inside the home "was in shock," as she noticed three men in the house before noticing Heche's car. "I don't think she got what was going on. She said, 'What happened? What happened?'" Bernstein said. He added, "She was extremely fortunate. So were the dogs and her turtle."

After the news broke, many people took to social media to express support for the Volcano actress. Two of Heche's exes, James Tupper and Thomas Jane, shared their "thoughts and prayers" for her as well.

After nine months of dating, Kim Kardashian and Pete Davidson have reportedly split.

Sources close to the pair exclusively told E! News that Kardashian and Davidson have "a lot of love and respect for each other," but that long-distance dating "made it really difficult to maintain a relationship."

Bullet Train pulled into the box office with a decent $30.1 million opening. The film received a B+ CinemaScore, and some expect it to make $100 million domestically. Deadline speculates that the pic wasn't a "super train" because some fans think it's "too talky" for an action film.
