Dave Chappelle's Attacker Shares Why He Rushed The Stage

Isiah Lee, the man who allegedly attacked Dave Chappelle during his "Netflix is a Joke" set, opened up on Saturday (May 21st) about why he rushed the stage.

"I identify as bisexual … and I wanted him to know what he said was triggering," Lee told The New York Post at the Twin Towers Correctional Facility in Los Angeles Saturday (May 21st). "I wanted him to know that next time, he should consider first running his material by people it could affect."

Lee continued, sharing that he didn't appreciate Chappelle making fun of homelessness either, since he was once homeless himself. "I'm also a single dad and my son is five. It's a struggle and I wanted Dave Chappelle to know it's not a joke."

Lee added that when Chappelle made a joke about pedophilia, it also brought up difficult memories from when he was molested as a teen. Lee is facing four misdemeanor charges, including battery and possessing a deadly weapon with intent to assault.

Johnny Depp Is Expected To Be Called As A Witness For Amber Heard's Defense

More than two weeks after Johnny Depp finished testifying in his defamation trial against Amber Heard, the Pirates of the Caribbean actor will reportedly be returning to the stand on Monday (May 23rd).

According to Deadline, Depp is expected to be called as a witness for Heard's defense, in a daring move by the Aquaman actress' legal team.

It is anticipated that the defense will rest their case by the end of the week as well. Judge Penney Azcarte previously said she wants to hear closing arguments on Friday (May 27th).

Downton Abbey: A New Era took the number two spot at the weekend box office with $16 million, behind Marvel's Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness at $31.6 million. Ellen Barkin spoke out on behalf of Amber Heard via video deposition on Thursday (May 19th).

Reuters reported that Depp previously called the claim untrue and added that Barkin held a grudge against him.

During Amber Heard's final day on the stand Tuesday (May 17th), the Aquaman actress said Johnny Depp can't look at her "because he's guilty."

Heard's attorney, Elaine Bredehoft, asked Heard why she told Depp's lawyer, Camille Vasquez, that she knew Depp couldn't look her in the eyes.

Saget's wife, Kelly Rizzo, posted photos of the Full House star from a trip to Mexico last year. "Happy birthday my Love. These pictures and videos were taken exactly 1 year ago in Mexico. We always celebrated our birthdays together with a trip. (His is the 17th and mine is 19th)," she wrote.

Sydney Sweeney Is Being Sued By A Swimsuit Company For Flaking Out On A Deal

Euphoria actress Sydney Sweeney is in some legal trouble. According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Sweeney is being sued by the swim and lifestyle brand LA Collective for not honoring an agreement.

Sweeney reportedly broke a contract stating that she would model and promote swimsuits for the company. Last year, LA Collective says, she signed on to be their influencer for their "Somewhere Swimwear" line.

The brand claims The White Lotus actress approved their designs and prototypes, but then she suddenly dropped out on the deal without explanation. LA Collective also accused Sweeney of wearing the swimsuits on at least five episodes of Euphoria.

Samuel L. Jackson thought he was banned from Saturday Night Live for saying "f—" on air, but it turns out that's not the case. On a recent episode of the Awardist podcast, the Pulp Fiction actor said he confronted Lorne Michaels about this in New York City.

"Are you ever gonna let me back on the show?" Jackson said he asked Michaels. It's been 10 years since the Snakes on a Plane actor last appeared on SNL, and apparently Michaels told Jaskson he is welcome back to the set.

In March, Jackson told Leslie Jones on The Ellen DeGeneres Show why he thought he was banned. "Kenan Thompson got me banned from Saturday Night Live. He didn't cut me off soon enough and I said the forbidden word on television," he said.

Blair shares that she introduced herself to Sienna Miller at the Chateau Marmont one night, following her divorce from Ahmet Zappa in 2006. "I couldn‘t begrudge her for any part she was winning over me. So, I grabbed her arm and bit it, playfully, as if it were an apple. Even as I held her forearm in my mouth I was aghast at myself.
