In an interview with The Guardian Wednesday (Feb. 16th) Jane Lynch opened up about her relapse into alcohol addiction.

The Glee alum told the outlet that she began drinking again while working on The Good Fight, which she appeared on from 2017 to 2021.

Lynch said, "I went back into denial, after all those years of sobriety and self-knowledge. I fooled myself – I woke up one day and went: I'm Back.'" She attributed the backslide partly to boredom and added, "I think I got to a point where nothing was doing it for me any more."

Six months later, she went back to Alcoholics Anonymous "and it was over."

Wendy Williams has appeared in a new video, posted to a new Instagram account to let fans know she's doing good. In the video, which is recorded by her son, Wendy is walking on the beach wearing a black hoodie. She said, "I am going back stronger . . . at 56 years old, certain things happen to people."

She added, "I wanna be all that I can be and get back to the Wendy Williams Show . . ."

Wendy's publicist also released a statement to Page Six, saying, "She thanks everyone who has been patiently awaiting her return and believes that, thanks in large part to the love and support of her son, her family, her new team of doctors and a change of scenery, she is on the mend."

WENDY WILLIAMS AND EX HUSBAND KEVIN HUNTER GETTING 'CLOSE' AGAIN

Meanwhile, reports say that Wendy Williams and her ex husband Kevin Hunter are getting close again. According to RadarOnline, a source said, "Wendy has no one in her life but Kevin. She never had close friends and hasn't spoken with her staff in months. After her mom died, Wendy didn't even have a family. All she has in Kevin and the son they share together."

The source continued, "Kevin is back in her life again out of necessity. He might not have treated her right in the past but when he was in her life none of this crazy stuff happened. He would never have allowed her bank to freeze her assets, and would have made sure Wendy went to work each day."

WENDY WILLIAMS' CASE AGAINST WELLS FARGO HAS BEEN SEALED

In other news, according to Page Six, Wendy's legal battle with Wells Fargo has been sealed. Sealing the case allows for all relevant documents within the file to remain closed to the public and require a court order for access. According to Page Six, attorney David H. Pikus wrote a the letter one behalf of the bank to New York Supreme Court Judge Arlene Bluth requesting a hearing to determine whether Williams is of sound enough mind to continue controlling her own assets.

He said, "We are concerned about Williams' situation. It is our hope that the Guardianship Part of the court will imminently appoint a temporary guardian or evaluator to review the situation and ensure that Williams' affairs are being properly handled."

SHAILENE WOODLEY AND AARON RODGERS SPLIT: Shailene Woodley and Aaron Rodgers have split. Multiple sources told In Touch Weekly that the couple has called off their engagement after little more than a year. One insider told the publication, "While Shailene is supportive of Aaron's career, he put football first and they were barely spending any time together. She felt he neglected their relationship. Neither of them was happy."

KELLY CLARKSON FILES FOR NAME CHANGE: She may be the host of The Kelly Clarkson Show, but you can call her Kelly Brianne. According to documents obtained by The Blast, the American Idol winner has filed to legally change her name to Kelly Brienne. According to the outlet, Clarkson wrote on the form, filled out on Feb. 14th, "My new name more fully reflects who I am."

'YELLOWSTONE' ACTOR REFUSES TO ATTEND SAG AWARDS OVER VACCINE MANDATE: Yellowstone actor Forrie J. Smith announced on Instagram Wednesday (Feb. 16th) that he will not attend the Screen Actors Guild awards because the ceremony requires all attendees to be vaccinated against Covid-19. In a since-deleted video, the cowboy said, "I'm not vaccinated, I will not get vaccinated. I haven't been vaccinated since I was a little kid. I don't vaccinate my dogs, I don't vaccinate my horses. I've never had a flu shot. I never will. I believe they compromise your immunities… It's no offense to anyone. It's just my beliefs." Smith is nominated as part of the ensemble cast for Yellowstone.

PETE DAVIDSON IS BACK ON IG: Pete Davidson has rejoined Instagram. Page Six reports that a new profile for the Saturday Night Live Star went live Wednesday (Feb. 16th), just days after Kanye ‘Ye' West took to the platform to insult the comedian. At press time, the @pmd page had already gained 440k followers but had not yet posted anything.

SHARNA BURGESS AND BRIAN AUSTIN GREEN ARE HAVING A BOY: It's a boy for Sharna Burgess and Brian Austin Green. The dancer made the gender reveal announcement on Instagram Wednesday (Feb. 16th), writing, "And suddenly my world would never be the same. Forever greater, forever expanded and deeper. Forever abundant and unconditional. Blue Heart Emoji Baby Boy July 4th (ish) 2022." This is the first child for Burgess and the fifth for Green who shares three sons with ex-wife Megan Fox and one with ex-girlfriend Vanessa Marcil.

'PEACEMAKER' RENEWED FOR SEASON 2: Peacemaker has been renewed for a second season on HBO Max. Creator James Gunn and star John Cena announced the news on social media Wednesday (Feb. 16th) morning. Gunn is set to direct and write all episodes for the new season.

HBO TO AIR LARRY DAVID DOCUMENTARY: Deadline reports that HBO will air The Larry David Story, a two-part documentary about the award-winning producer/writer and comedian, on Tuesday, March 1st at 9 PM. The film also will be available for streaming on HBO Max.

KATE MCKINNON JOINS 'BARBIE' CAST: According to Deadline Kate McKinnon is set to join the cast of Barbie. The film will center around the iconic Mattel doll line with Margot Robbie in the title role and Ryan Gosling playing the part of her boyfriend, Ken. No word yet on McKinnon's role.

JOHN DIMAGGIO WILL NOT JOIN 'FUTURAMA' REVIVAL: John DiMaggio will not return as the voice of Bender for Futurama's latest revival. The actor wrote on Twitter Tuesday (Feb. 14th), "Bender is part of my soul and nothing about this is supposed to be disrespectful to the fans or my Futurama family. It's about self-respect. And honestly, being tired of an industry that's become far too corporate and takes advantage of artists' time and talent." Deadline reports that DiMaggio felt the salary proposed for the Hulu series was not competitive based on the success and name recognition of the original show.

The family of late cinematographer Halyna Hutchins has filed a wrongful death lawsuit against Alec Baldwin for the Rust shooting that resulted in Hutchins' death. Lawyers for the family also released a disturbing animated reenactment of what happened that day.

The suit claims that the failure to follow safety standards led to Hutchins' death, including the appearance of live ammo on set. And while Baldwin has previously claimed that he only pulled back the hammer and did not pull the trigger on the gun that killed Hutchins, Brian Panish, one of the family's lawyers, said, "I think it's clear what happened. Alec had the gun in his hand, he shot it -- Halyna was killed. The gun cannot fire unless the trigger is engaged and the hammer is back."

"There are many people culpable, but Mr. Baldwin was the person holding the weapon … that but for him shooting, she would not have died," Panish added.

The family's lawyers also claimed that Baldwin refused proper weapons training and said that the industry standard requires the crew to be behind protective glass during such a scene.

Baldwin's lawyers released a statement on Tuesday (February 15th) following news of the lawsuit, denying the claims that he was "reckless," saying that those claims are "entirely false."

Following Kanye "Ye" West's bombardment of posts to Instagram over the weekend and into Valentine's Day (February 14th), West says he is "taking accountability" for his actions.

Many people took to Twitter to condemn West's behavior, saying it was "textbook harassment" and "abusive."

On Tuesday (February 15th), West posted a photo of himself onstage to Instagram and wrote, "I know sharing screen shots was jarring and came off as harassing Kim."

He continued, writing, "I take accountability. I'm still learning in real time. I don't have all the answers. To be good leader is to be a good listener."

West also apologized for using all caps, making it seem like he was screaming. "I'm working on my communication. I can benefit from a team of creative professionals, organizers, mobilizers and community leaders. Thank everybody for supporting me," he said.

Jennifer Lopez dropped hints about what kind of engagement she wants during a recent appearance on the Heart FM radio show.

"I love public displays of romance. I don't know that I would love a proposal, I think that that's a more intimate thing between two people, but I have no problem with PDA. I'm actually all about it if you really feel it," the Marry Me actress said.

"But I do think a proposal is kind of an intimate, sacred thing that should just be between two people. When you're about to pledge your lives to each other that's a big deal," she added.

Perhaps Ben Affleck will take note! A source told Entertainment Tonight that the pair "are open to the possibility of getting engaged and married."

"Ben and Jen are so in love. Their loved ones would not be surprised if Ben pops the question," the source added.

On Monday night (February 14th), Sarah Jessica Parker touched on her alleged feud with Kim Cattrall on Andy Cohen’s Watch What Happens Live talk show.

When Cohen addressed how the show handled Samantha’s (Cattrall’s) absence, Parker avoided referring to Cattrall by name and said, “The actress that played the role is no longer playing that role, but people aren’t absent from your life when you don’t want them to be.”

In the reboot, Cattrall and Parker’s characters have had a falling out, which Parker also talked about. “I thought it [the plot line] mimicked many friendships that challenge each other and struggle and want to remain connected in a way, because it’s too painful,” she said.

Cattrall has not commented on her missing role in And Just Like That…, though the actress did like a series of tweets that acknowledged her absence when the series premiered.

As expected, Spider-Man: No Way Home beat out Avatar to become the third highest-grossing film at the domestic box office on Tuesday (February 15th). The film has a running total of $760.988 million.

Valentine's Day helped make it official, as the film brought in $1.615 million from 3,300 theaters.

The top two highest-grossing films at the domestic box office are currently Star Wars: The Force Awakens at $936.6 million and Avengers: Endgame at $858.3 million. Deadline reports that it's unlikely Spider-Man: No Way Home will catch up to these two.

WHITNEY PORT'S HUSBAND, TIMMY ROSENMAN, SHARES HOW HE FELT FOLLOWING MISCARRIAGES: People reports that Whitney Port's husband, Timmy Rosenman, shared his "progression of emotions" about his wife's miscarriages recently. "Initially, I was upset and angry and had all those feelings, but it was important to balance out how we as a family were dealing with it. It's a different situation for both me and Whitney because we both lost the opportunity of a baby, but it happened in Whitney's body. So it's important for me to recognize that we're going through something that is similar, yet definitely different," Rosenman said.

MEGHAN MCCAIN SAYS JOY BEHAR IS "PATHETIC" FOR COMMENTING ON HER VALENTINE'S DAY POST: The drama between Meghan McCain and Joy Behar continues, despite McCain's departure from The View last year. According to People, McCain posted a Valentine's Day tribute to her husband on Monday (February 14th). One Twitter user responded, "Does every thought and sentiment need to be on Twitter?" to which Behar commented, "Apparently." McCain posted in response to this, "Imagine spending your Valentines Day trolling your ex colleagues tweet about her husband." She added that it was "pathetic" of Behar and that it "creeps her out."

RACHEL ZEGLER AND JOSH ANDRES RIVERA ARE DATING: E! News reports that West Side Story costars Rachel Zegler and Josh Andrea Rivera are a couple. This comes after Zegler posted a black and white selfie of the two of them to Instagram on Monday (February 14th) with the caption, "committing valen-crimes."

PETE DAVIDSON SENDS KHLOE KARDASHIAN VALENTINE'S DAY FLOWERS: According to Us Weekly, Kim Kardashian's boyfriend, Pete Davidson, sent Khloe Kardashian flowers for Valentine's Day. Khloe shared a photo of the pink roses to her Instagram stories on Monday (February 14th), along with the caption, "The sweetest! Thank you Pete."

REGINA HALL, WANDA SYKES, AND AMY SCHUMER WILL HOST THE 2022 OSCARS: According to The Hollywood Reporter, Regina Hall, Wanda Sykes, and Amy Schumer will all host the 94th annual Oscars on March 27th. On Good Morning America Tuesday (February 15th), Schumer said, "I'm not sure who thought this was a good idea, but I am hosting the Oscars along with Wanda Sykes and Regina Hall — I better go watch some movies."

THE TRAILER FOR DOWNTON ABBEY: A NEW ERA IS RELEASED: Focus Features released the full trailer for Downton Abbey: A New Era on Tuesday (February 15th). Deadline reports that the movie is a continuation of the 2019 series and seemingly features a mystery, a movie, and a wedding.

BILLIONS IS RENEWED FOR A SEVENTH SEASON: TV Line reports that Showtime has renewed Billions for a seventh season. The sixth season, starring Corey Stoll, Paul Giamatti, and Maggie Siff, is currently airing on Sundays at 9/8c.

MINDY KALING COMMENTS ON JENNIFER COOLIDGE'S ROLE IN LEGALLY BLONDE 3: According to E! News, Mindy Kaling has exciting plans for Jennifer Coolidge in the upcoming Legally Blonde sequel. "Obviously, Paulette was just like so integral to the to the whole franchise but once we saw The White Lotus we were like, 'Ooh, we really want to make sure that she has something really juicy to do.'" Kaling added that, in addition to Coolidge and Reese Witherspoon, there will be some new faces added to the film. "Reflecting the world as it is now is something that's really important to Reese, and so having there be like diversity is super, super important. You can definitely count on that," she said.

After less than two months together, Kanye "Ye" West and Uncut Gems actress Julia Fox have officially called it quits. The news comes after West shared a slew of surprising posts to Instagram over the weekend.

Fox's rep told E! News on Monday (February 14th), "Julia and Kanye remain good friends and collaborators, but they are no longer together."

Over the weekend, the Daily Mail reported that Fox was spotted crying at an airport. In response to this, Fox shared a since-deleted Instagram story that read, "Y'all would love if I was soooo upset! The media would love to paint a picture of me a sad lonely woman crying on a plane by myself but it's NOT TRUE!! Why not see me for what I am which is a #1 hustler. I came up yall lol and not only that but Kanye and I are on good terms! I have love for him but I wasn't in love w the man Jesus Christ what do u guys think I am 12 years old?!"

Meanwhile, after sharing numerous posts criticizing Pete Davidson, Billie Eilish, and Kid Cudi, West took to Instagram on Valentine's Day (February 14th) to admit that he still has hope that Kim Kardashian will come back to him. "I DON'T HAVE BEEF WITH KIM I LOVE MY FAMILY SO STOP THAT NARRATIVE IM NOT GIVING UP ON MY FAMILY. I BOUGHT THIS COAT FOR KIM BEFORE SNL I THOUGHT IT WAS PARTICULARLY SPECIAL I HAVE FAITH THAT WE‘LL BE BACK TOGETHER," West captioned a post that featured Kardashian on an early Valentine's Day date with Davidson—during which the pair shared a public kiss.

And there's more … West sent Kardashian a truckload of roses on Monday (February 14th) with "MY VISION IS KRYSTAL KLEAR" written on the side of the truck. Valentine's Day was eventful for West, to say the least.

Pete Davidson is trying to take the high road in response to Kanye "Ye" West's Instagram tirade over the weekend. A source exclusively told Us Weekly that "Pete is staying far away from Kanye" and is "taking the mature route."

"He's not afraid of him — he just doesn't want to get involved in the divorce drama," the source added.

On Sunday (February 13th), West threw a lot of shade at Davidson, including an Instagram post where he wrote, "HOLD YOUR SPOUSE CLOSE MAKE SURE THEY KNOW HOW MUCH YOU LOVE AND APPRECIATE THEM BECAUSE THERES A SKETE LURKING IN EVERY DIRTY ASS ALLEY WAITING TO HELP DESTROY YOUR FAMILY AND WALK AROUND IN CALVIN KLEINS AROUND YOUR CHILDREN."

On Monday (February 14th), West continued his posting marathon, sharing a screenshot of a text supposedly from Kim Kardashian that read, "U are creating a dangerous and scary environment, and someone will hurt Pete and this will be all your fault." West captioned the post, "UPON MY WIFE'S REQUEST PLEASE NOBODY DO ANYTHING PHYSICAL TO SKETE IM GOING TO HANDLE THE SITUATION MYSELF."

Following her two-week suspension for saying the Holocaust was "not about race," Whoopi Goldberg returned to The View on Monday (February 14th).

Addressing the audience, Goldberg thanked those who reached out to her during her time away from the show and added that she "listened to everything everybody had to say."

"We're going to keep having tough conversations. And in part, because this is what we've been hired to do," the Ghost star said. "And it's not always pretty, as I said, and it is not always as other people would like to hear. But it is an honor to sit at this table and be able to have these conversations, because they're important. They're important to us as a nation and to us more so as a human entity."

Letting her co-stars know that she missed them, Goldberg added, "There's something kind of marvelous about being on a show like this because we are The View and this is what we do. Sometimes we don't do it as elegantly as we could. It's five minutes to get in important information about topics. That's what we try to do every day."

While Zoe Kravitz and Channing Tatum have never officially announced that they're a couple, Kravitz did open a little window into the relationship in her interview with Elle released on Monday (February 14th).

The interviewer inquired about Kravitz's rumored relationship with Tatum, pointing to paparazzi photos of the two holding hands and enjoying themselves together. Kravitz responded simply, saying, "I'm happy."

Kravitz also commented on Tatum's role in her upcoming film Pussy Island, which will mark her directorial debut, saying she thought he was "brave enough" to play the lead. Tatum plays a billionaire tech mogul who has his own private island.

"Looking at his work and hearing him speak about Magic Mike and the live show, I'm like, I think he's a feminist. You need to be so far from who this is, where it's not scary. And I don't think we've ever seen him play someone dark. I'm excited to see him do that," she said.

A source told E! News last summer, "There's more than a friendship going on with Channing and Zoe. They are spending a lot of time together and having fun. They are more than just close friends or co-stars. Their relationship has grown into more."

JENNIFER LOPEZ AND BEN AFFLECK DANCE AT THE SUPERBOWL: According to Entertainment Tonight, Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck seem to have had a great time at Super Bowl LVI on Sunday (February 13th). In a clip posted to Instagram, the pair can be seen dancing, as Affleck leans in to say something to Lopez and gestures towards the field. This comes after Lopez shared the music video remix Affleck made for her as an early Valentine's Day gift.

STARS SHARE THE LOVE ON VALENTINE'S DAY: Many stars took to social media to share what was on their hearts this Valentine's Day (February 14th). Viola Davis shared a sweet tribute to her husband of 22 years, Julius Tennon; Julia Roberts posted a video of herself jumping while wearing a sweatshirt that had "Danny" in a heart on it, for her husband, Daniel Moder; and Hugh Jackman posted a photo of himself with his two dogs on a walk in New York City.

ALYSSA SCOTT SHARES HEARTBREAKING POST IN HONOR OF BABY ZEN: On Sunday (February 13th), Alyssa Scott shared the last words she spoke to her baby Zen, who she shared with Nick Cannon, in an early Valentine's Day post. Along with photos of Zen in a bear onesie, Scott wrote, "I can imagine us the night before Valentine's Day filling out cards to hand to your classmates. All signed with your handwriting.. I know it would say: love, Zen. Every letter written with your tiny little hand. I often think about your voice. SELENA GOMEZ, CARA DELEVINGNE, AND AMY SCHUMER ENJOY A NIGHT OUT: On Saturday night (February 12th), Selena Gomez, Cara Delevingne, and Amy Schumer were spotted at Chapel Bar, a members-only club in the Flatiron District. The club is located in a Park Avenue church, and the three stars hung out in the confessional, where they could "party in privacy," a source told Page Six. The source added that they are "secret regulars" to the club.

IVAN REITMAN DIES AT 75: Variety reports that Ghostbusters director Ivan Reitman died in his sleep on Saturday (February 12th) at the age of 75. His cause of death has not yet been released. In addition to his most successful film, Ghostbusters, Reitman produced National Lampoon's Animal House and directed films like Meatballs, Stripes, and Twins. His children released a joint statement, saying, "Our family is grieving the unexpected loss of a husband, father, and grandfather who taught us to always seek the magic in life. We take comfort that his work as a filmmaker brought laughter and happiness to countless others around the world. While we mourn privately, we hope those who knew him through his films will remember him always."

THE LORD OF THE RINGS: THE RINGS OF POWER TRAILER RELEASED: Amazon Prime has released a first look into the new Lord of the Rings television series. According to People, the trailer aired during the Super Bowl on Sunday (February 13th) and takes place in Middle-earth "before the king, before the fellowship, and before the ring." The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power is set to air on September 2nd.

THE BRIDGERTON SEASON 2 TEASER HAS ARRIVED: On Monday (February 14th), Netflix released a teaser for the much-anticipated second season of Bridgerton. Lady Whistledown narrates the teaser, saying, "Did you miss me? As the members of our Ton questioned my identity and means, this author has been doing but one thing: Honing my skills. No, even better. I've been sharpening my knives—for all of you."

TREVOR NOAH TO HEADLINE THE WHITE HOUSE CORRESPONDENTS' DINNER: People reports that, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the 2022 White House Correspondents' Dinner will be the first since 2019. Trevor Noah, the host of The Daily Show, will headline the event, which will take place on April 30th at the Washington Hilton.

Johnny Depp has hired Making a Murderer attorney Kathleen Zellner for his suit against his ex-wife, Amber Heard. The news comes after Depp lost his libel suit against The Sun for labelling him a "wife-beater," and after he was denied the ability to appeal this ruling.

Zellner, who is known for helping overturn wrongful convictions, said, "I have spent the last 30 plus years defending individuals who have been falsely accused of wrongdoing. I welcome adding Johnny Depp to that list and joining his dream team who share this view and have so effectively been advocating for him."

Depp has filed a $50 million defamation suit against Heard for the op-ed she wrote for The Washington Post in 2018, in which the Aquaman actress describes being a victim of domestic abuse. Though she doesn't mention Depp by name, he believes it is a libelous attack on him.

In 2015, Heard alleged that she suffered two black eyes and a broken nose at the hands of Depp. Recently, a court granted Depp access to Heard's phone, which he is hoping will help him prove that she doctored photos of the attack. Heard maintains that the photos are accurate.

After appearing alongside Gwyneth Paltrow in an Uber Eats Super Bowl commercial, The White Lotus star Jennifer Coolidge told People she wants to create an a** candle to rival Paltrow's "This Smells Like My Vagina" candle.

"You know what I want to do? I want to have an ass candle. I want to be the first that comes up with it!" Coolidge said.

In the commercial, Coolidge and Paltrow join stars like Trevor Noah and Nicholas Braun as they take bites out of inedible objects like lipsticks, lightbulbs, and diapers—in a hilarious effort to promote that Uber Eats delivers more than just food.

Paltrow even takes a bite out of her famed Vagina candle. "This candle tastes funny," she says while chewing it. "Not bad, but funny."

On Saturday (February 12th), Jennifer Lopez released a music video remix that Ben Affleck made for her song "On My Way" from her film Marry Me.

Lopez wrote in her first OntheJLo newsletter, "I am going to share something very special and personal with you that normally that I would only share with my inner circle. It's an early Valentine's Day present from Ben. Watching it made me think about the journey of true love, it's unexpected twists and turns, and that when it's real, it actually can last forever."

The music video features footage of Affleck and Lopez, including the two of them together from the early 2000s. The original music video came out in December, and E! News reports that Lopez wrote the song before the pair reunited—adding to the sentiment.

"This seriously melted my heart," Lopez said.

After Wells Fargo froze her accounts and claimed that she needed a guardianship, Wendy Williams filed an affidavit with the New York Supreme Court to support her attorney Celeste N. McCaw's request for a temporary restraining order against the bank. In the affidavit, Williams calls the Wells Fargo advisor who expressed concern about her mental health a "disgruntled" former employee, who she terminated "as a result of her improper conduct in relation to my accounts."

In court documents obtained exclusively by Page Six, Williams wrote, "For more than two weeks, Wells Fargo has repeatedly denied my requests to access my financial assets, which total over several million dollars. I have submitted multiple written requests to Wells Fargo and I have visited various Wells Fargo branches in the South Florida area in an effort to resolve this matter outside of the courtroom."

The decision to freeze Williams's accounts came after Wells Fargo advisor, Lori Schiller, alleged Williams was "of unsound mind." David H. Pikus, the bank's attorney, said Wells Fargo "has strong reason to believe" that Williams is a "victim of undue influence and financial exploitation" and that there are "independent third parties who … share these concerns."

This Valentine's Day weekend, the murder mystery outshone the love story as the adaptation of Agatha Christie's Death on the Nile took the lead at the box office. Jennifer Lopez and Owen Wilson's Marry Me landed at number three, while Jackass Forever claimed the number two spot. Meanwhile, Spider-Man: No Way Home was fourth in line and is expected to surpass Avatar for the third highest-grossing film at the domestic box office in the next week.
