Getting Back On Track After Halloween

This past weekend, between the candy and the drinks, you may have gotten off your fitness plan.  Pop Sugar put a list together of things you can do to get back in shape and burn off all those Snickers and Reese’s Cups.

  1. Load up on some veggies- Try and get more healthy meals in. More salads and other nutritional meal options.
  2. Get moving- Get active. Get back in the gym or bike, or pick up your running.
  3. Give Candy The Boot-Get rid of all that excess candy. No need to tempt yourself with leftover Twix
  4. Play the trick-or-treat fairy- If you have kids, after they have eaten a fair amount of candy, tell them that if they put all their candy out the candy fairy will come and take their candy and leave them some money. Good luck with that one.
