People With Clean Consciences Sleep Better

“How do you sleep at night?” Finnish researchers have discovered that there actually is.a link between being a compassionate person and a good night’s sleep.
The study involved 1,000 young adults over the span of 11 years. Those who were more compassionate tended to have better quality sleep and fewer sleep disturbances.
Compassionate people do sometimes lose sleep over minor slights like accidentally saying something rude, but have better sleep habits overall.
While kindness seemed to impact the quality of sleep, compassionate adults didn’t sleep longer.
