Nick Cannon shared a heartbreaking tribute to Instagram on Monday (December 5th), honoring his and Alyssa Scott's son Zen, who passed away a year ago when he was just five months old due to brain cancer.

"Physically I'm definitely on the mend but Mentally and Spiritually I'm broken. Been tossing and turning all night, and as much as I know I need rest, last night I couldn't sleep at all," Cannon wrote in his post, alongside photos of Zen. "I can't believe it's been a year already since the toughest day of my life occurred."

The Wild ‘N Out star opened up about the unbearable experience of losing a child. "Losing a child has to be the heaviest, most dark and depressive experiences that I will never get over. A mixture of guilt, pain, and sorrow is what I suppress daily," he wrote.

Cannon ended the post with, "Continue to Peacefully Rest My Son, Zen Scott Cannon. We Love you Eternally."

After their secret relationship was revealed last week, GMA3: What You Need to Know anchors T.J. Holmes and Amy Robach have been temporarily taken off the air.

A source told People that the scandal was driving a lot of "unwanted attention." The source said, "GMA decided to have a period of cooling down, because they thought this was unwanted attention. So, for the time being, they're going to be off the air."

ABC News President Kim Godwin announced the anchors' temporary replacement to staff on Monday morning (December 5th). The legal battle between Amber Heard and Johnny Depp is far from over. Months after Depp was awarded more than $10 million in his defamation suit against his ex-wife Amber Heard, the Aquaman actress filed an appeal to have a new trial.

"The trial court improperly prevented the jury from considering several separate instances in which Heard reported Depp's abuse to a medical professional," her lawyers wrote in a 68-page document.

The document continued, "If not reversed, the trial court's exclusion of contemporaneous reports of domestic abuse to medical professionals will make it more difficult for other abuse victims to prove allegations of abuse, and likely deter them from coming forward."

Heard's attorneys also claim that the trial should have taken place in California, where the pair once lived together, rather than Virginia, where The Washington Post has its servers.

On Friday (December 2nd), Nick Cannon shared photos of himself in a hospital bed and revealed that he had come down with pneumonia. The Drumline actor was diagnosed with Lupus 10 years ago.

"Okay, so I guess I'm not Superman… I promised myself I would never be back at this place again… But this is a great lesson to take care of YOU or YOU won't be able to take care of everyone else," he captioned the post.

His family announced the news via his Facebook page on Sunday (December 4th). "Our father Bob McGrath, passed away today. He died peacefully at home, surrounded by his family," they wrote. McGrath was one of the four non-Muppet actors on Sesame Street when it debuted in 1969, and he remained on the show until the 46th season. Many in Hollywood took to social media to honor him.

BRAD WILLIAM HENKE DIES AT 56: Variety reports that Orange is the New Black actor Brad William Henke passed away on Tuesday (November 29th) at the age of 56. His cause of death has not yet been revealed. Henke was a former NFL player who later became an actor, playing on the defensive line for the Denver Broncos in Super Bowl XXIV. In addition to Orange is the New Black, he also held roles on Going to California, Justified, Lost, and Dexter, among other shows. His film credits include Split, Pee-wee's Big Holiday, Pacific Rim, and Must Love Dogs.

Matthew McConaughey opened up to People about aiding his hometown following the Uvalde shooting.

He told the outlet that within 40 seconds of finding out the news that a gunman had killed 21 people, including 19 children, his wife Camila had already decided to get on a plane and head to the Texas town.

The Wolf of Wall Street actor said, "When we went to Uvalde, we both didn't know where or how we would be needed most, but once we arrived it became clear that our connection was with the families — and especially Camila with the mothers. She became a support system for them, and even now, long after we have left, she still maintains that support when needed."

The people of Uvalde, he says, asked them to stick around longer so he brought in his own kids and his older brother Rooster's family.

On Tuesday (November 29th), Kim Kardashian and Kanye "Ye" West finalized their divorce after nearly two years. The pair will have joint custody and "equal access" to their four children: North, Saint, Chicago, and Psalm.

However, a source close to Kardashian told TMZ that she would take care of the kids 80 percent of the time, as West admitted was already the case in September. West will also have to pay Kardashian $200,000 a month in child support. The "Heartless" singer will also provide 50 percent of the children's education and security expenses.

The former couple agreed to attend mediation if they disagree on any decision regarding their four kids in the future. If either Kardashian or West miss a mediation, the participating party will get to decide how to resolve that particular issue.
