‘Pops on the River’ Returns for Spectacular Independence Day Celebration at Coolidge Park on July 2nd

Get ready for an unforgettable Fourth of July Celebration as Pops on the River makes its highly anticipated return to Coolidge Park! This Thursday, July 2nd this beloved Independence Day event promises an evening filled with LIVE music, delicious food, plenty of vendors, and a stunning fireworks display, making it the perfect way to celebrate America’s birthday.
The festivities kick off at 4 p.m., with the park opening for setup. Hosted by Hits 96’s Gino D, the event will feature a lively lineup of entertainment beginning at 6 p.m. with performances from Chattanooga Soul, showcasing both local musicians and soulful tunes that will set the mood for the evening.
At 7:20 p.m., the Chattanooga Symphony and Opera will take the stage, performing a patriotic program that is sure to inspire pride and joy among attendees. As the night progresses, the skies will light up at 9:45 p.m. with a spectacular fireworks show, marking a dazzling finale to this festive celebration.
Attendees can enjoy a variety of food vendors, arts and crafts booths, and a dedicated Kids Zone, ensuring fun for all ages. To make access easier, FREE shuttles will run from 4 p.m. to 11 p.m., with parking available at the Unum Parking Lot, which will drop visitors directly at Coolidge Park.
Best of all, Pops on the River is completely FREE to the public, inviting families, friends, and neighbors to come together and celebrate Independence Day in style.
