It looks like Billie Eilish may be dating The Neighborhood's Jesse Rutherford.

A video surfaced on TikTok Saturday (October 15th) that allegedly shows the 20-year-old "Bad Guy" singer holding hands with the 31-year-old vocalist at Halloween Horror Nights in Los Angeles.

Although their faces are not clearly shown in the clip, eagle-eyed social media users pieced together Eilish's timeline to confirm that it was her in the video.

Several Twitter users pointed out that the age gap is potentially problematic after they found photos of the two hanging out as far back as 2017, when Eilish was only 15

Ed Sheeran's lawyers want a federal judge to reconsider the recent decision that the star must face a trial over whether "Thinking Out Loud" infringes Marvin Gaye's "Let's Get It On."

According to Billboard, the singer's attorney told Judge Louis Stanton Thursday (October 13th) that by refusing to toss the case out, he is threatening to "strangle creation" by future songwriters because the only overlap between the two songs were simple musical elements that have "been used in music for centuries."

A date for the trial has not yet been set.

Kanye West is no longer able to bank with JP Morgan Chase, according to right-wing political pundit Candace Owens.

Owens shared a tweet on Wednesday (October 12th), revealing that the bank has ended their relationship with Ye.

While it is unclear what happened, Ye now has to reportedly find another bank for his Yeezy, LLC before November 21st, 2022 and has to transfer his funds over to that institution by that date.

The statement that Candace Owens shared on Twitter started with "Dear Ye," and continued with, "JPMorgan Chase Bank N.A (the "Bank") has decided to end its banking relationship with Yeezy, LLC and its affiliated entities (collectively, the "Company")."

The note also read, "We ask that you promptly transfer your business to another financial institution before November 21st, 2022."

She wrote in the tweet, "Earlier today I learned that @kanyewest was officially kicked out of JP Morgan Chase bank. I was told there was no official reason given, but they sent this letter as well to confirm that he has until late November to find another place for the Yeezy empire to bank."

Lizzo's documentary. called Love, Lizzo will be out in time for the holidays. She posted on Instagram on Wednesday (Oct. 12) and revealed the name and release date. In the film, she shares her inspirational story of humble beginnings, along with an intimate look into her hard-earned rise to fame.

TMZ reports that as Cardi B was celebrating her 30^th birthday party, actor/comedian Jamie Foxx showed up, but was turned away at the door.

Foxx brought along about 5 friends and the guard would not allow him to enter the party. As Foxx walked away, the door guard came running out to the street, asking him to come back. Foxx told him , "It's all good. I love you, but it was all too much." He then stepped back into his white Rolls-Royce and left.

In a separate, now-deleted post transcribed by Page Six, the 40-year-old pop star also posted five separate notes app screenshots where she explained how her dad made her feel "ugliest" during her 13-year conservatorship.

She wrote in part, "Then in the conservatorship, I felt absolutely nothing. I was sad, had no say in my looks in photoshoots, had to follow guidelines … I will say it until the day I f***king die … my family ruined my f–king life !!!"

Kanye West's episode on The Shop won't be airing as the interview with Ye has been pulled by the show's co-host.

According to Andscape, Maverick Carter, the SpringHill Company CEO and LeBron James' co-host of the show, released a statement, saying, "Yesterday we taped an episode of The Shop with Kanye West. Kanye was booked weeks ago and, after talking to Kanye directly the day before we taped, I believed he was capable of a respectful discussion and he was ready to address all his recent comments. Unfortunately, he used The Shop to reiterate more hate speech and extremely dangerous stereotypes."

The statement continued, "We have made the decision not to air this episode or any of Kanye's remarks. While The Shop embraces thoughtful discourse and differing opinions, we have zero tolerance for hate speech of any kind and will never allow our channels to be used to promote hate. I take full responsibility for believing Kanye wanted a different conversation and apologize to our guests and crew. Hate speech should never have an audience."

It's worth noting that LeBron wasn't at the taping for the episode.

KANYE INVITED TO HOLOCAUST MUSEUM

In other news, following Kanye's anti-semitic comments, he has been invited to The Holocaust Museum in L.A.

According to Page Six, the museum wrote in a statement, "Words matter and words have consequences Ye. We urge you to come visit us at Holocaust Museum LA to understand just how words can incite horrific violence and genocides."

Apple Original Films unveiled the trailer for Selena Gomez: My Mind & Me on Monday (October 10th).

The announcement was made on World Mental Health Day, in support of global mental health education and awareness, as Gomez bravely shares her own journey in this revealing film, directed and produced by Alek Keshishian.

Gomez also shared a snippet of a new song from the film that will drop on November 4th, the same day as the film’s release.

Britney Spears claimed in a now-deleted Instagram post that her mother once slapped her "so hard" for staying out too late.

According to the 40-year-old singer, Lynne Spears hit her for the first time after she went out partying with Paris Hilton and Lindsay Lohan.

A screenshot taken by Page Six shows that Britney wrote, "My mother was watching Jayden and Preston…yes I partied till like 4am and my mother was PISSED !!!! I walked in, she looked at me and hit me so hard that I will never forget it !!!"

A new Kanye West documentary has arrived and it touches on a number of topics from new versions of songs he's already released to a tense meeting with some Adidas executives.

On Monday (October 10th), Kanye's 30-minute doc titled, Last Week, was uploaded to YouTube and shared never-before-heard songs, one reportedly called "War" that references Future, Drake and Lil Baby.

He also played new version of his tracks "First Time in a Long Time" and "Sci-Fi," which were originally on his Donda 2 album.

Also in the documentary, there is a tense meeting with Ye and two Adidas executives. And the day after this meeting took place, Kanye ended his partnership with Gap.

To honor World Mental Health Day on Monday (October 10th), Imagine Dragons shared the music video for "I Don't Like Myself."

Along with the music video release, the band partnered with Crisis Text Line, encouraging fans to support the organization and their work through fundraisers on Imagine Dragons' social media platforms.

The band wrote on Instagram, "Today is a good day for asking those around you how they're really doing. Sometimes a listening ear does a lot of good."

Justin Bieber has cut ties with Kanye West after the rapper attacked his wife, Hailey Bieber, on social media.

Sources told TMZ Saturday (October 8th) that the "Peaches" singer and his wife are "hurt" by Ye's antics.

The rapper went after Hailey after she defended Vogue editor Gabriella Karefa-Johnson, calling her "nose job Hailey Badloose" and telling Justin to "get your girl."

West went after Karefa-Johnson, after she referred to the "White Lives Matter" shirts wornin his Yeezy fashion show as "deeply offensive, violent and dangerous."

The statement added that "Alien Superstar" only using the composition of "I'm Too Sexy" and none of the sound recordings.
