Gwyneth Paltrow Heads To Court In Utah For 2016 Ski Accident Trial
The trial surrounding Gwyneth Paltrow’s 2016 ski accident began in Utah Tuesday (March 21st). According to court documents, retired optometrist Terry Sanderson claims Paltrow was skiing “out of control” when she hit him in the back, “knocking him down hard, knocking him out, and causing a brain injury, four broken ribs and other serious injuries.” Paltrow denies these claims and says Sanderson is the one who crashed into her. She believes the lawsuit is “an attempt to exploit her celebrity and wealth.”
